It is a branch of the internal public law that regulates public administration and administrative persons that it undertakes and defines the powers and rights that these administrative persons enjoy and exercise with the intention of running public facilities, by organizing the executive authority and its administrative tools, and defining its terms of reference and the legal limits of its actions.
