Penalty for concealing work data according to the Insurance and Pensions Law
Article No. 165 of the Social Insurance and Pensions Law No. 148 of 2019, stipulates a fine of between thirty thousand and one hundred thousand for anyone who prevents those who have the judicial authority from accessing the records, books and papers required by law.
The text of Article No. 165 of the Insurance Law is as follows:
“Whoever prevents the authority’s employees who have the capacity of a judicial officer from entering the workplace, or who fails to access the records, books, documents and papers required for the implementation of the provisions of this law, or who gives Incorrect data, or refrains from giving the data stipulated in this law or the decisions or regulations implementing it, and the penalty is doubled in case of recurrence
