Whereas, Article 54 of the Child Law No. 126 of 2008 states: -
"The educational guardianship of the child shall be for the custodian and when there is a dispute over what is in the best interest of the child, any of the domesticated subject matter shall be lifted by the head of the Family Court in his capacity as a judge of temporary matters to have issued his decision by order on the petition of the guardian left, without prejudice to the right of the custodian in the educational state."
