One of the activities of Dar Al-Qanoon Group for Law, Arbitration and Training - DQG LAW
Article 1
This regulation is considered the general framework regulating the activity and work of the Dar Al-Qanoon Group Academy to work according to it when offering training courses at the Academy, provided that this regulation is activated starting from the date of its signing and approval by the Academy.
Article 2
The purpose and activities of the Academy
 Building a new generation of lawyers and jurists with high morals and intellectual and technical capabilities to be of pride for all of us and useful for their country.
 Providing a helping hand to many young students and graduates, and this is done by preparing them well to suit the requirements and needs of the business market.
 Working to provide training courses aimed at training individuals well, and these courses are distinguished by their positive effects on the trainees.
 The Academy's work is limited to providing all training courses, whether for legal training for students, graduates and researchers, or for professional training in the field of law.
 All training courses include the application of the theoretical side and the practical side of the subject of the course, and the trainee obtains a certificate by passing the specialized training course.

Academy work policy:
The Academy’s work policy depends on the methodology of specialization to ensure quality and achieve the maximum benefit for the trainee. To achieve a successful work policy at the Academy, a policy and strategy has been developed, based on 5 basic pillars, according to what will be stated in Articles 8,7,6,5,9 of these regulations.
Article 5
Pillar One: Specialization:
In this pillar, we take into account the division of the Academy’s work from the inside into several specialized academies, and this division aims to clarify the complex vision of all training courses, especially in the field of law, whose fields and branches are diffuse day after day and year after year, which does not know the trainee’s choice of the training course that he needs specifically and without complication .

The second pillar: selection of legal training experts
This pillar is considered one of the most important and accurate pillars at all, because the lecturer is the most important factor in the success of the training course to the extent that it achieves the maximum benefit for the trainee. Therefore, the selection of distinguished training experts, whether from university professors or specialized practitioners, must be in order to ensure a mixture of a mixture of the theoretical base of the training topics. As well as practical practice in order to enrich society, institutions, unions and companies with qualified human cadres according to the latest methods in a way that enhances and develops the participants’ skills, talents and abilities, in a professional manner through highly professional training according to the latest standards. In all training courses.

The third pillar: Excellence in preparing the training material: -
The Academy always seeks to provide a distinctive training material that achieves a balance between theoretical and practical benefit for the trainee and is compatible with his abilities and knowledge in order to create a set of trends and behaviors capable of activating the desired training benefit from all trainees.

Fourth pillar: Mechanisms for managing and implementing training programs:
In implementing its various programs, the Center relies on many modern means and methods in teaching the scientific subjects of the programs in order to provide the trainees with the opportunity for practical and practical practice in order to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in exchanging ideas and information. We rely on several axes: -
Lectures - training videos - field visits according to the nature of the program - role-playing - discussion and dialogue - workshops - evaluations.

In addition to the trainees acquiring the maximum amount of skills and cognitive abilities in the most appropriate, motivating and effective way by following the center's policy of reducing the number of trainees attending the specialized training course to the extent that is commensurate with the subject of the training course and to the extent that benefits the trainee in the first place.

Fifth pillar: Training follow-up: -
Paragraph 1: Attending the courses: -
The official in the academy implements the training program with the process of following-up the evaluation of the performance of the training process, as it is based on the evaluations of the trainees after the training course, in addition to a set of other evaluations that the trainer, the expert implementing the training program, fills out as an evaluation for each trainee and these evaluations help to determine the real performance of the training process Before and after training, in addition to that, these assessments will be a reference for the trainee in each course he attends to clearly determine his total professional or legal level, allowing him to complete the movement and wheel of self-development to reach the highest honors and successes.
