Smoothing
 Where the second party wishes to provide a means of transportation and delivery to its workers on a daily basis, back and forth between the work site located in the project ………………… .. - the object ……………… - and since the first party has the capabilities and cars that provide the first party what it needs Whoever provides a daily means of transportation at the aforementioned project headquarters, and after approval and acceptance between the contracting parties, they agreed on the following items: -
First item
The previous introduction is considered an incomplete part of this contract that complements and completes this contract, its clauses, and what has not been contained therein
The second item
 The lease period is …………… a day starting from / / 20 and ending on / 20 and renewed on its own for a similar period with the same terms and conditions for this contract unless the second party notifies the first party of his unwillingness to renew at least one week before the end of the contract period.
Third item
The agreed fare is an amount of EGP (only one Egyptian pound per month), which the second party is obligated to pay to the first party at the end of each month, based on a receipt signed by the latter, and this value represents the car's rental with the driver.

fourth item
According to this contract, the first party is obligated, at the dates specified by the second party, to provide a means of transportation for its workers in order to transfer them from the residence to the location indicated by the introduction and then from the site to the residence, provided that this is done on a daily basis for the duration of this contract, provided that the means of transport that will be provided by the party The first must be able to accommodate the number of passengers (workers), and the car must be ready and of good efficiency
Fifth item
The first party does not have the right to claim the second party for any claims that fall on the car subject of the contract, such as fuel finance prices, violations, maintenance, etc. throughout the contract period.
 Sixth item
The first party alone bears civil and criminal liability for what may happen, God forbid, in terms of accidents or disasters for the car, its driver and its passenger.
Section Seven
In the event that the first party or a driver is absent or late for any working day, the second party has the right to deduct this day from his dues in addition to applying a delay fine on the first party amounting to the dues of the first party as compensation for the damages suffered by the second party as a result of this holiday caused by the first party, Provided that the contract is terminated permanently with a full deduction of the first party's dues in the event that the first party or a driver is absent from work for two consecutive days, while preserving all other rights of the second party.
Section 8
 The parties to the contract are bound by the terms of this contract, and whoever violates any of its clauses, the other party has the right to terminate the contract after notifying the other party with fifteen days of its intention to terminate.
Section IX
This contract was made in two copies, each party has one copy to act on this when necessary.
