Sixth item
The first party seller acknowledges that the housing unit that is the subject of this sale is free from all the original rights in rem and personal dependency, and that he has not previously disposed of it in any way for others, and he guarantees that it will not be exposed to the buyer in possession and ownership of the housing unit that is the subject of the contract. The first party also acknowledges that the housing unit subject of the contract does not exist. Section IX
The North Cairo Court and its partial jurisdiction are concerned with looking into any dispute that may, God forbid, arise regarding this contract or any of its clauses.
