The right to legitimate defense. It is not permissible to resist the disciplinary officer as long as he is carrying out an act of his job in good faith, even if he exceeds its limits, unless there is a reasonable fear of death or severe wounds. The appellants are aware that their resistance to those charged with implementing the judgments is that the judgment against one of them is not enforceable. Unacceptable . The basis for that?
