Fourth item: Inspecting the car

Fifth item: civil and criminal liability

Sixth Clause: Correspondence
The two parties acknowledge that any correspondence, notifications or announcements from each of them to the other shall be at the addresses indicated at the issuance of this contract, and they acknowledge that these addresses are the chosen domicile of each of them.
Seventh Article: The competent court to hear any dispute
In the event of any dispute, God forbid, the dispute shall be considered before the locally competent court in the domicile of the first party (the seller)
